This boutique condominium development on Sheppard Avenue East includes three 6- and 8-storey residential buildings with a contemporary design and iridescent glass façade. The buildings, organized around a landscaped central courtyard, have a European feel, including an outdoor café and seating areas where residents can spend time outdoors and enjoy a coffee.
Our design includes an urban streetscape response on Bayview Avenue, and several seating areas within the site. The seating areas support the development’s urban European style with simple modern layout with wood privacy screens, a shade structure, shade trees, formalized plantings, and ornamental paving. Our services include development of full landscape drawings and grading studies leading to an application to the City for Site Plan Control approval, as well as further development of the drawings and documents for Tender and construction.
