For this 2-tower condominium project near Lake Ontario Quinn Design Associates created a simple yet dramatic landscape to complement the architecture. A grove of birch trees with evergreen groundcovers flanks an expansive walkway to the main entrance and provides year-round interest. Our design included provision for a large mirrored sculpture as a public art piece alongside naturalized slope planting. Other unique features include a dog run with custom-designed wire mesh fencing and two decorative community parks facing each other across Windermere Avenue.
